Any jeweler should be able to size you FOR FREE in person. I can also mail you a reusable sizer, find that listing HERE. Do not measure your fingers with string- this method is wildly inaccurate. Purchase rings in your size. Note that rings with wide bands will fit more snuggly and feel up to a size smaller. Most of my rings are not able to be resized. A ten percent restocking fee will be charged for rings returned due to incorrect size. Custom order rings may not be returned because they were ordered in the incorrect size.

All finished items will ship within 3 days. If you are purchasing a made to order item, please allow up to 8 weeks. All items will be mailed through USPS first class and a tracking number will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to provide me with a proper, safe address for the package to be delivered. If you would like insurance or signature confirmation, please email me prior to your purchase. I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a jewelry box or bag. Sterling silver will tarnish faster in high humidity climates. So if you keep your jewelry on the bathroom counter for weeks you will notice it lose it’s shine and start to turn black. I send a free polishing cloth with every order, if you rub this cloth over the silver it will remove that tarnish and restore shine. Do not wear your jewelry during rough or high impact activities- dishwashing, bathing, swimming, working out, sports, gardening, bar fights, etc.

Yes, yes it is. These are hand made items from a one person business. I have high standards and pay close attention to detail, but you are not receiving a computer generated, lab manufactured item. These are substantial, solid silver pieces that are built to last, as I believe in buying quality over quantity. However, everything I make will have a hand made personality. Don’t get me wrong, I strive for perfection every time, but when you get down to it, that would just offend the Gods.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please, do not hesitate to contact me. If it got stolen off your porch, you broke it due to negligence on your behalf, the recipient doesn’t like it as much as you thought they would- I will not consider a refund. Being rude will not expedite a resolution. Returns for incorrect ring size may be considered. For this consideration you must contact me within 2 days of receiving the item and return the unworn item in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping (insurance recommended) and a 10% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned due to ordering the incorrect size. If you believe I have made a mistake, please let me know immediately and I will do my best to resolve it.

“EKW” Is how I sign my art, Elizabeth K Williams- they are my initials. Any numbers you find are representative of the metal purity. “925” means that piece is made with Sterling silver. A “24k” marking means that piece was made using 24 karat gold. Lower numbers preceding the “K” will indicate metal alloys with lower percentages of gold.
