Black Onyx Prickly Pear Ring Size 5.5
Hand carved, geometric, signet style ring. Size 5.5. Small batch, centrifugal force cast in sterling silver. Black Onyx is inlayed into the face of the ring in a very unique octagon/ kite shape. Onyx is an incredibly durable, hard stone and takes an amazing polish. Hand engraved prickly pears adorn both sides. I love this design because the different angles and geometric planes emphasize how the prickly pear grows new pads so sporadically, in all different directions. All carving, casting, lapidary, and engraving done by Elizabeth Williams in Tucson, Arizona. Signed “EKW” and marked “925” for sterling silver.
